Reserve your Christmas Adventures TODAY! This limited time Pop-Up is coming to Trinity in late November and December. These unique family experiences are a mix of escape room puzzles, Augmented Reality, scavenger hunts, and geocaching... with a holiday theme!

Santa’s off duty, and the elves have hit the bar! It’s a night of mischievous holiday trivia, music games, and cheeky team challenges.

Grab your friends, co-workers, and a date and celebrate with the elves. You never know, there might be some costume contests or ugly sweaters contests happening and multiple ways to win prizes and have fun!

This is a no workshop rules, no toy quotas, just laughter, drinks, and a little friendly competition.

Perfect for bars, breweries, and corporate after-hours parties looking for something festive, funny, and interactive.

Santa’s in trouble, his bag of Christmas letters has gone missing on its way through town, and the elves suspect foul play! This is a mystery that everyone can play along with!

Without the letters, Santa can’t deliver gifts or read who’s been naughty or nice. It’s up to the crowd to help track down the missing mailbag and discover who took it and why. Follow hidden clues, solve holiday trivia and puzzles, and piece together the story from music, décor, and secret messages.

Work solo or in teams, enjoy a drink, and maybe win one of Santa’s “special delivery” prize envelopes from the recovered bag! Appropriate for the whole family!

Question 1: What types of events do you specialize in?

We specialize in a wide range of events that 'pop-up' in a variety of locations. We have augmented reality adventures, public interactive quests, entertaining themed mystery nights, and music plus play and puzzles at local bars and breweries. We also run private parties, groups, and team building events through PlayToYou.com

Question 2: How can restaurants, bars or breweries take advantage of Fun Pop-ups™?

We bring the format, host, and game materials for 2 to 3 hours. Popular options include: themed interactive nights with trivia, puzzles and music, solve the mini mysteries, and craft popups that keep guests engaged between orders. You pick a date and we co-promote. We do not require drink minimums. Payment can be a flat appearance fee, a ticketed model where guests buy seats, or we can work together to find a business to sponsor and fund the event. You provide a small footprint area with one or two tables, standard outlets, optional mic or house audio, and visibility for scoring or announcements.

Question 3: How do corporate events and parties work?

We design on-site or off-site experiences for team building, communication, and problem solving. Formats run 60 to 120 minutes depending on the type of interactive adventure. We have several options available including: Augmented Reality Adventures where teams solve puzzles and work together to get to the end, mysteries where each person has a role, or fun multi-media interactive events with music, games and trivia. We can align content to values, safety culture, customer service, or onboarding themes.

Packages include a host, support staff if needed, activity materials, and we can work with existing planners and vendors, or suggest others to add-on other services like food and drink. If you need a location, let us know, we work with some great facilities and event spaces that we can recommend.

Pricing is flat per event with add-ons for custom content, extended time, or travel. Most bookings finalize with a proposal, COI if needed, and a deposit to hold the date.

Question 4: I am a sponsor or brand, what do I receive and how is ROI measured?

Sponsors can underwrite a single event, a month of neighborhood popups, or create their own event at a public location. Benefits can vary, but usually include logo placement on event pages and media, social posts, emcee mentions, and an ad on our puzzle sheets. We can add lead capture with a QR entry, giveaways, and if space allows, have a table at the event. After the event you receive an impact summary with attendance, email opt-ins when used, photo highlights, and any venue sales lift that is shared with us.

Question 5: Are you insured?

We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue or company as additionally insured upon request. We design activities to fit in standard indoor spaces and follow venue safety rules. For public spaces the client or venue usually secures the permit, and we will supply any documentation needed for our portion. We do not provide food service, but can recommend some great vendors if you want to add this on to your event.
